Christmas Day was quite exciting this year, it was our first Christmas at home due to the birth of Tahlia. This year, Benn's family came to us and we had a great time. We got to open presents and was able to be spoilt, we ate some yummy food. I was able to eat some prawns which I have been avoiding for the last 8 months, My sister in law Leesa made some yummy fudge and gingerbread men only to find out the next day it was a Betty Crocker recipe.
We were able to spend time as a family with a ton of laughs especially playing backyard cricket, playing scene it and having lots of interesting discussions about everything. In the end it was quite a successful Christmas, we are looking for next years Christmas because we are travelling down to Melbourne to spend it with my family...yay!
